Villa ALBINA, ideal for those looking for nature and peace within the borders of Fethiye, our villa is located in Yeşil Üzümlü, a mountain resort with its authentic village center. Our single-storey, 3-bedroom, modern and comfortably furnished villa is ideal for family stays, in a sheltered location with a large terrace area and pool area.
Stone buildings from the Ottoman period are still used in Yeşil Üzümlü, an authentic mountain town whose historical architecture has stood the test of time, located in the borders of Fethiye. The vineyards that give the town its name are enriched with new varieties, with the recent development of winemaking. The people of Yeşilüzümlü, whose historical roots go back to the Yörüks and perhaps the Lycians, make this beautiful nature even more attractive to people with the tolerance and hospitality they show to both foreigners and each other. While walking around the streets of the village, you will be filled with peace and happiness without realizing it. Those centuries-old stone houses and stone streets from the Ottoman period almost smell calm and serenity.
It is 18 kilometers from Fethiye town centre, 22 kilometers from Calis Beach, 30 kilometers from Ölüdeniz Beach, and 60 kilometers from Dalaman Airport.
The village, which is 700 meters above sea level, becomes a place of refuge as it is much cooler and more spacious than the coastline in the hot summer months. On the slopes of Mount Geyran, you get the cooler and more spacious pine forest air. Yeşilüzümlü hosts not only nature but also cultural events. Since 2008, the Morel Mushroom Festival has been held every April. Here, the participants of the festival have the opportunity to learn an indescribable knowledge about mushrooms. A region very rich in terms of greencurrant mushrooms and orchid species will make you very happy visually. Various mushroom species are found in this region for 8 months of the year.
Yeşilüzümlü is famous for its weavings called \"DASTAR\". There is no house that Dastar, who has become a symbol, has not touched in this charming town; Dastar, which is woven with traditional methods, is made using cotton, wool or silk threads. Every piece touched is different from the other - like no other.
Nature also has an incredibly beautiful route for those who love hiking. With this walk, you arrive at the ancient city of Kadyanda. The foundation of the city, whose name is mentioned in Lycian inscriptions as Kadawanti, is dated to 3000 BC. It is a different Lycian city with its bird\'s-eye view of Fethiye and the Cyclops city walls, which gave its name to a wall construction technique. The city survived in the much later Roman period, allowing European historians to identify the city as a Roman city. Its high location, which partially overlooks the Cyclops-style city walls, underground cisterns, theatre, jogging track, bath, tombs and Fethiye bay, makes the city even more worth seeing.
You can buy a ticket to Dalaman Airport right away in order to stand out from the crowd in the last days of autumn. The delicious air of the pine forests awaits you.
