Fethiye is a family villa located in Kayaköy with a private pool and jacuzzi, tastefully decorated for a comfortable stay. The villa has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. One of the bedrooms has a jacuzzi, making it ideal for newlywed couples on their honeymoon. It\'s a peaceful vacation opportunity for those who want to get away from the city noise and crowds. Kayaköy is a historical village with old Greek houses. Our villa has all the necessary amenities and equipment for our guests.
Interior Features:
Living Room: The open-plan living room is carefully furnished with modern sofas, a 6-person dining table, an LCD TV, and a satellite receiver. The living room also has a door leading to the pool and garden.
Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils that can serve 6 or more people, an oven, a stove, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a high chair, a kettle, and a tea pot.
Bedrooms:
1st Bedroom: It has a double bed, air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, a jacuzzi, and a dressing room.
2nd Bedroom: It has a double bed, air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, a makeup table, and a wardrobe.
3rd Bedroom: It has two single beds, air conditioning, a baby bed, and a wardrobe.
Bathroom: It is located in the hallway and has a toilet, sink, and a washing machine.
Others: The villa also has an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, and a baby bed.
Damage Deposit: A deposit of 2,000 TL is taken during the check-in process. The deposit will be refunded to you on the check-out day if there is no loss, breakage, or damage in the villa.
Note: All of our villas, which are located in harmony with nature, are regularly sprayed with insecticides. However, there is still a possibility of pests or insects in the area. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with protected pools. These villas always have a 10% margin of safety. The villa photos on our website are taken with a \'Wide Angle Lens\' to fit the image to the screen. Therefore, the objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.

There is a barbecue area, sun loungers, an umbrella, a table, chairs, a ping-pong table, a sun terrace, a seating area, and a parking space for vehicles.

Today Kayakoy village serves as a museum and is a historical monument. Around 500 houses remain as ruins and are under the protection of the Turkish government, including two Greek Orthodox Churches, which remain the most important sites of the ghost town. There is a private museum on the history of the town. In the middle of the village stands a fountain that dates from the seventeenth century.
Some sources claim that Kayakoy was adopted by UNESCO as a World Friendship and Peace Village. However this is officially untrue, and was most likely a rumor put out by a local tourist council.
On 9 September 2014, the Turkish government announced plans to develop the village. It plans to offer a 49-year lease that will partially open Kayakoys archeological site to construction and anticipated construction of a hotel, as well as tourist facilities that will encompass one-third of the village.
