This is a luxury furnished 4 bedroom private villa, with 2 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. The living area has a large balcony for alfresco dining. There is a TV in the villa with local satellite channels and DVD Player. There is safe box in the villa as well. The kitchen includes fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and microwave. Table and chairs for the balcony are also provided. Enjoy the large private swimming pool and a splash pool for children. Around the pool are 8 sunbeds, umbrellas and poolside shower. The beach is only one minute walk away from villa (100 m. ) We include a FREE welcome basket of hot and cold drinks, seasonal fruits, friut juice, cheese, butter, bread, eggs, jam, biscuits, toilet rolls and soap - a weekly clean/change of bedding - and a meet and greet visit to make sure everything is okay and help for excursions by Professional Tourist Guide. You can arrive or depart on any day of the week. THE AREA The beach is only two minutes walk away from the villa. The promenade is lined with bars and restaurants from traditional Turkish food to a full English menu - something for everyone. Visit the weekly market on Sunday where food, clothes and souvenirs are available. The local bus service is on the doorstep if you want to go into Fethiye or the surrounding areas. Fethiye is only a 10 minute bus ride away or walk to the centre of Calis and take the water taxi into Fethiye. Fethiye is a bustling traditional Turkish town. Stroll along the harbour, shop in the many local shops or dine out at one of the many restaurants. Visit the weekly Tuesday market and remember to haggle! The famous blue lagoon at Oludeniz can be reached from Fethiye and is definately worth a visit. Try one of the many excursions on offer from boat trips to the mud baths at Dalyan, jeep safari to see the real Turkey, two day trip to Ephesus/Pamukkale, paragliding, scuba diving and horse riding. We also recommend a Turkish Bath at the beginning of your holiday to make your tan last longer.
