BOOKING CONDITIONS 1. Breakage Deposit equivalent to 200 GBP is charged from the tenant on arrival, and returned before departure after the premises have been checked by rentals representative for any damage or loss. Tenant must keep all appliance, equipment, furniture and furnishings of the property; plants, gardening and swimming pool equipment in good order. Tenant is liable for any damage or loss arising from any act of the tenant, tenant’s family and guests. The cost of such damages & losses will be covered by tenant via breakage deposit, or with extra charges in case the cost of damages exceeds the breakage deposit. Tenant must give the LEB RENTALS immediate notice in case of any damage to the premises or in case of any foreseeable dangers to avoid damages.
2. Tenants agree that the property will be used as a holiday accommodation and for no other purpose whatsoever and tenants will vacate the property at termination date without prior warning or process of law.
3. Tenants agree that the number of people occupying the accommodation must not exceed the number for which beds are stated to be provided in the description, without prior permission. The accommodation must only be used by those people named on the booking contract; tenants are not allowed to let anyone else stay there.
4. LEB RENTALS will use its best endeavour to provide the holiday in accordance with the booking. If however, it is obliged to do so for reasons beyond its control, LEB RENTALS reserves the right to cancel any holiday accommodation. In the event, LEB RENTALS will do its best to provide comparable arrangements but if we are not able to do so, a full and immediate refund will be made, and LEB RENTALS shall be under no further liability. In the case of force Majeure causing LEB RENTALS to cancel any holiday, such as war, strikes, fires, natural disasters etc., LEB RENTALS reserves the right to deduct their reasonable expenses from any refund given.
5. Unless stated otherwise, your holiday duration is for seven nights or multiples of 7 nights. Your accommodation will be available to you from 14:00 hours on your arrival day. Unless otherwise arranged, your accommodation must be vacated by 12:00 hours on the day of your departure. If you have a late evening flight, please notify us and we will make arrangements for you.
6. Prices are based on a specific property on a per week basis. If you are only using the accommodation for part of a week, you will be charged for the full week. Rates do not cover the use of telephone, food and drinks, personal items and expenses or extra cleaning. Reservations and availability checks can be made by e-mail or fax. On making a booking, a payment of 30% of the total cost of the accommodation (including all extras such as; transfers, extra cleaning) is required. 50 % is payable 60 days before check in date. Remaining 20% must be received on arrival date. On receipt of your deposit we will send a confirmation of your booking.
7. If you wish to use transfer service please advise us your flight details at the time of the booking and reconfirm at least one week before you travel.
8. Any cancellation or part cancellation of any booking must be notified in writing by the lead passenger and is subject to the following conditions:
45 days prior to arrival full refund of all charges for the accommodation, transfers and extras. There will be a £30 administration fee deducted from the refund.

9. Because of difficulties of relevant law and jurisdiction, LEB RENTALS and the owner of the property are obliged to draw attention to the fact that they are unable to obtain any form of third party insurance in relation to this let property which is constructed and maintained to Turkish standards. All tenants, their families, guests, and other third parties therefore, enter the premises entirely at their own risk. They should exercise due care in these circumstances and should make their own personal insurance arrangements.
10. If an authority member of LEB RENTALS believes your actions are causing danger to other customers, our own staff or damage to property, we reserve the right to end your holiday. You will be subject to any costs that this may incur. This means that we reserve the right to prevent the use of the let property, cancel any transportation we have arranged on your behalf and we will not be liable to pay any compensation, refunds or any expenses as a result of your actions.
